What is the best and worst airline for travel?

The best that I have flown was Airtran however they do not fly all over so places they don't fly I try and take Delta.
As far as the worst after all my experiences I have to go with American Airlines, for their service, being "ontime" and for their luggage issues.

The best international airlines I have used are Swiss Air and Air France. Everything always runs smooth, very good service, great experience throughout. The worst is Aeroflot. Starting from grim flight attendants and ending with the condition of the plane, it's just bad.
