Crete is my favourite of all the greek islands I have visited so far because it caters for all.
Santorini is supposed to be really romantic. They say if you watch the sunset at Ioa, then you and your betrothed will never part.
Rhodes is very cosmopolitan in the old town, Lindos is my favourite place on the island, I like to rise with the sun and wander through the narrow streets, down to the taverna for coffee, before the hordes of tourists coaches arrive to visit the Acropolis.
Skiathos is also very cosmopolitan, with yacht's moored in the harbour, trendy bars, quaint back street taverna's, boat trip's and you can even visit Athens from here,
and Cyprus Coral beach hotel and resort, was the first place I visited abroad, so I treated the holiday as a 2nd honeymoon, The first was a wet day trip to Wales.

Crete is indeed a beautiful place for travelers especially for honeymoon goers. It has beautiful places and resorts which increases its attractiveness and its remote location makes it ideal place for tour destinations.

Crete and Santorini are both lovely islands. White washed houses and incredibly blue water. Well haven't been there but that is my next plan. Any suggestions on where to stay would be appreciated.
